Hi
If I want to assemble a couple of forms into a PDF package instead of combining the forms into one PDF, is it still possible to have all fields with the same name auto populate with the same information in the different forms?
If so, how do I go about doing it?

Yes and no. If these are Acrobt forms and not LiveCycle forms you could concievably but a button on each form that would save the data inbetween files, but there currently no automated way to do this.
