I hope someone can help me with this,

I would like when someone select ‘other’ from my combo box for comment field to pop up or just a text field so additional info can be stored. Once this field is filled in I would like it to remain visible (printable, savable etc).

This is very urgent as I am under a deadline and would greatly appreciate any help.
