Radio Buttons and calcualtion of percentage using javascript

I am attempting to learn some scripting inside a form using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.0. The form I am developing has multiple questions using radio buttons for selection of values between 0-4.

In the end all I want to do is calculate the percentage from the users selection of radio button values, i.e. a percent that represents all questions. Well I must admit this is proving to me I have a lot to learn. Any guidance on how to even start the learning process would be greatly appreciated. Sample code that gets me going the right direction would be helpful as well.

Thank you in advance.
