Has anyone been able to redact multiple pages of a document using coordinates ?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1.2, Windows

True redaction cannot be done from JavaScript. You can however cover up text by placing annotations or fields over top of it. The text can still be searched and coppied, but the user can't see it on the screen.

Thanks thomp. In the past I have used the annotations as a solution with some success.

My challenge is this. After I annote the data on two PDF's, I then perform a compare. This process is not always reliable.

The redaction tool in version 8 is great, but as far as I can tell doesn't allow redaction by coordinates.
