Saving Page numbers

Is there any way to extract the existing page numbers that we use to navigate in the PDF to an TXT or any other files?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.8, Windows

Well, yes and no. Depends. Acrobat and Reader can write data to the local hard drive under certain restrictions. If this is a design side activity that will be run from Acrobat Pro, then it's not a problem at all. But if this is in a document that is viewed with Reader, then it becomes more difficult, if not impossible.

What exactly is it your are trying to do?

I have acrobat pro. I want to store the page numbers into any external file format. How can i do this?
