I have created a form using LiveCycle Designer 8 and have two text fields that are automatically populated using JS, one based on the file name and the other is a date field. When I preview the PDF there is a light blue background which makes the form recipient believe they need to fill in this information. Is there any way I can eliminate this light blue input area?

Since these fields are populated using a script I would also like to eliminate them from the "tabbing order". Any Ideas?

Have you made the date field read only or set the binding to "calculated read only"?
