Watched Folders Within Distiller

Im running Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Professional on my Intel Mac using Mac OS 10.4.
My watched folders within Distiller keep disappearing when quiting out of the program. The setting attached to the watched folders then becomes corrupt. Any ideas why please?

Hi Goldy,

Does this occur whilst using watched folders on your local drive or via a network volume?

Make sure you keep the filenames of the folders simple - no extended characters (@Â£$%^&*( etcTry and use the default settings for the time being and then customise if things are going well

Update to Acrobat 8.1

Hi Jon,

Many thanks for your response.

The watched folders are on my local drive and the files names have no extended characters.

We also have an identical Intel mac with the same setup using its own Watched Folders etc. This seems fine at present.

Im currently using 8.1 (Sorry for the inaccuracy).
