Adobe Pro 9

About two three months ago I installed adobe pro 9. Two months later, a weird problem happens; on a user account from my office network, adobe crashes just as I open the program. Also, when I try to convert a document or a webpage to pdf, it crashes. But, when I log on using a different account on that same computer (being the local Admin account, the Domain Admin account, and a default user account) Adobe opens up just fine. I am able to open the Adobe Pro and able to print documents to pdf. Is there a reason to this crash only on that account? And does anyone know a fix to this?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

Please try system restore on that PC when you last remember that it was working fine.
Do take backup of your importnat files as it will take your computer to that date. Kind of roll back thing..
Sometimes some updates do this kind of problem..

Thank You, unfortunately I have tried that already. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled. That and the repair option that comes in adobe.
