Forms Work Available

I have a client that I used to do form work for, but I'm too busy with other stuff these days. I'd like to hook her up with someone competent and reliable.

This isn't too fancy - take an existing PDF print version of the form, make the fields fillable. No need for data collection, not a Live Cycle thing.

These are bank account applications, the ones I have in hand now are 8 pages each ( only 2 forms right now ), from experience I know they are pretty tedious getting all the tab orders right, lots of check boxes. radio buttons, a few combs, and they were designed for print and not optimally for acrobat forms (but you can't change the layout). The forms have signature fields, but no provision for digital signatures need to be proved - they are intended to be filled in, printed, and the customer would provide a written signature.

If you are interested let me know I can send the forms I have now. If you hav further interest, give me some sense that you are trust-worthy and competent, and I will act as your initial liason. You would handle all negotiations after that (your fee, etc)

Hi Bryhal,

Just read your post and, while it looks I may be a day late and a dollar short, I would still like to express my interest in assisting you with your form work. I've been working with Acrobat almost since its inception. Presently, I specialize in the design/development of interactive PDF Forms for Acrobat 6 and higher. I can do just about anything you can think of when it comes to form fields whether it be form field validation or javascript enhancements. I can also add/provide you with a popup calendar for date fields to facilitate entering a date into an Acrobat PDF form used by both Acrobat and Adobe Reader users.

If you'd like, feel free to send me an existing PDF form you need some work on and I will be more than happy to take the time to show you what I can do for you. My e-mail address is: gomfp49 [at] gmail [dot] comThank you ahead of time.

Hello Bryhal,

I could help you with those forms if you still need someone. I can give you references, show you some of my jobs or just do a prove that I am able to do it.
Do they need to be accessible? That is my speciality, so it wouldn´t be a problem.

If you are interesting please send me an e-mail to: egr [dot] accesibilidad [at] gmail [dot] comI hope to work with you soon.
