Hi,
With our business we have agents attend in home presentations. I want to upgrade our sales contracts to be a fully automated process when they complete the sale. I am not even sure if this is possible.
What I want to do is;
1. Have the agent complete the PDF Order on their iPad or Tablet.
2. Allow them to take photos which attach to the order (which is sent in an email with the PDF).
3. Allow the customer and agents to sign the contract via the tablet, (is this possible?).
4. Submit the form which emails the read only order with photos to the office and copies to both the customer & agent.
There is also a grid where we usually outline the customers roof, would we be able to draw on a tablet screen with any success?
Is what I am wanting to do possible?
