Title: Freelance Form Designer

Hours: 25-35 hours per week
Flexible schedule that allows work to be performed off-site or on-site. However, to be considered, candidates must be available for consultation during regular office hours,
Mon-Fri, 9:30am 5:30pm EST

Start: August 2010. Must be able to commit through September 30, 2010 at minimum

Job Description:
InterExchange seeks a freelance form designer with experience designing and laying out multipage application forms, one-sheets and booklets. The designer will be involved in creating and updating uniform documents that reflect the organization’s new brand.

Requirements:
• MUST HAVE experience creating fillable PDF forms in Adobe Acrobat
• EXPERT-level InDesign CS4 skill, with demonstrated experience working with object and text styles and tables
• Adheres to established design specifications
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with different departments
• Independent, highly organized and able to complete projects according to strict schedule
• Ability to solicit and integrate comprehensive feedback with meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
• Some knowledge of other Adobe CS4 applications (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Additional creative design experience with print and web-based projects
