I am working on a project where I want to put pdf fillable forms on a CD, and I need help with how do do that, or alternatively have an expert do it for me.

Have you developed the form fields for the forms?
Will there be any field entries that will be calculated?
What are the security requirements for the CD or the forms?

In addition to the above, please provide as much details as possible about the forms and your objective.
