Estimated cost: $50 - $200. $50 for each successful event from 1 - 4. All 4, $200.

The catch: I need it quickly - by tomorrow, November 8, 2011 9 a.m. EDT. Propose a different amount if necessary.

1. My Acrobat form has a calculated field (Field A - Field B = Field C). Now I want the calculated result to trigger one of three checkboxes, each with its own alert:
Green Pass -- results = 1.421 (the alert would say "normal")
Yellow Marginal -- between 1.422 mm and 1.777 mm (the alert would say "marginal, follow instructions on page 2")
Red stop -- results are = 1.778 (the alert would say "stop and follow instructions on page 3)

Note: I think you need to change the field calculations to if then statements instead of using the current formula.
Note: One page is in millimeters and one page is in inches.

2. Can I get a better calendar, like the one in LiveCycle? I have Adobe Acrobat X Pro. I don't have Livecycle and don't want to get it.

3. When the user selects "System A" or "System B", it hides/shows fields. I know that I can't make those fields mandatory when hidden, even when "System B" users don't need them. Can we get alerts that tell user that selected System B to complete all those fields when "System B" is selected? Perhaps something attached to the submit button?

4. Submit: Is there a way the user can send the entire .pdf AND the fdf? If not to one email address, then to two separate email addresses would be fine.
