I have one three page form that needs fine tuning. I am pleased to send it to you and you can let me know how much to get it into shape to send to my clients. They will get one form per project, often several days apart or even weeks or months.
I want them to easily fill in the form and have it come back to me as the same (filled in form) via email when they click on the submit button.
Hi, We are in need of someone to help us with a livecycle designer form that is pulling data from a database. We have an SQL query that is currently pulling the data but would also like to have the data pull based on the date entered in the form and we are not sure how to do this.
We need consulting on if we need reader on each of the pc's that will be using the form to make this happen or if we will need to purchase pro.
We have a deadline of 12/8/11 to have these forms out and working in the field.
