You should read the EULA.
Basically, you can install it on as many computers as you want, but only 2 computers can be activated at the same time.
Depending on the amount of computers that need to have Acrobat, I would recommend buying more single licenses, or even considering a volume-license.

hello try67
thank you for your help, I have read the eula but it was confusing as it didn't state what's the volume of the permitted copies.

so I understand, that this can be installed on all 5 computers as long as not more than two of them are using the program at the same time?

thank you so much.

Basically you can activate the software on two computers at the same time (one is supposed to be for Work and one for Home, but that can't be enforced, of course). If you want to activate it on other computers, you first need to deactivate the current ones, and then activate the new ones. There used to be a limitation on the amount of times you could do that, but I think that's no longer the case.
This is not a very good way of doing things, though. Maybe you should consider installing Acrobat on certain public machines, and have the people that need to use it use those. Remember that you don't need Acrobat to just view PDF files. The free Reader is enough for that.
