I am attempting to upload a certificate to the District of Massachusetts Bankruptcy Court via my software which is EZ-Filing. The software tech people are not very helpful. The software will not allow the attachment because according to them the document does not meet the standards of the Court, something to do with encription. I am using Adobe Acrobat v9.3.0 Standard.
I am able to save the document using v7 and EZ-Filing will allow me to attach the document as it has in the past without any issue.

Can you preflight it and verify it meets PDF/A-1b?
