A5 - Adobe PDF Page Size

I have a Microsoft Publisher 2010 publication with A5 (105 mm x 148 mm) sized pages. OS is MS Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

I'm trying to use Adobe Acrobat Distiller X to create a PDF file where the page size is also A5.

I can create default setting job options with the A5 page size defined. However, I can't create A5 as a selectable Adobe PDF Page Size.

Attempts to add a page size definition result in an error message "Not allowed to modify system or printer defined papaer size (A5). Only user defined paper size can be modified or deleted."

So just how do I create a user defined paper size?

Could I suggest that Adobe add the A5 page size definitions to future releases/updates. There seem to be plenty of people seeking the solution to this problem.

Acrobat Pro 10.1, Windows

I now this problem.
You can create custom paper formats but you cannot use a reserved name like "A5".
You have to use another name like "A5 " (with trailing space) or "A5_" or ...

Thanks radzmar,

That seems to solve a part of the problem. I now have an A5-Custom page size specified and I can select it in Acrobat Distiller.

Unfortunately, when I try to select the page size in MS Publisher, it lists A5-Custom as an "Unusable Paper Size".

Any ideas?
