Hi. I am very new to adobe. I have a free version.

Here's my concern: I am in the Online English lessons business. I make my own lesson materials from word and convert it to pdf. When I send the lesson in pdf to my students, the percentage zoom opens in their computer at 150 or 200.

My question: Is there a way that I can set or lock the zoom percentage of the pdf materials that I make to 100% so that when it is sent to my students, they are spared from the inconvenience of making adjustments.

Any amount of help of education is really appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

Without Acrobat you can :

- use OpenOffice to convert (export) your DOC files to PDF, it allows you to set the zoom percentage (among other settings) in the export box.

- use TweakPDF (available for Mac, Windows, Unix) to set the zoom percentage (among other settings) of your already made PDFs :

Hi Merlin,

Thanks so much.

I think I got tweak PDF alright.

Open Office seems to be quite difficult. I was both successful and unsuccessful doing it for my pdf files.

Nevertheless, I will continue learning OpenOffice til i finally get it right.

This may be quite off in this forum but I am wondering if you have some other tips there about my concern.

Thank you so much Merlin

My best regards to you and to everyone checking this message.
