Acrobat 6 and Publisher

Hello-
I designed a 63" x 136.5" banner in Microsoft Publisher.

That is the page size in Publisher. When I go to PDF it, I have done the following:
File/Print PDF/ Properties.

Then when I try and do a custom page, it won't give me the option to specify a size- I have 30 options- including custom 1-20, tabloid etc., but I can't edit any of them. Under Conversion settings, I can choose either custom post script size or can do a custom page size, but that seems to do nothing- all I get is a tiled file based off the page size that is selected under options, where I can't specify a size.

My thought is to run the file to Kinkos and try and PDF it there, but if there is a quick fix, that would be great.
