acrobat 7 Std will not import complete doc-the last page is missing

Acrobat 7 standard will not import complete documents. The last page is always missing. we are scanning docs from a xerox DocuColor3535, machines OP is Vista. (32bit). the scan does pick up all pages

We don't have this issue with other machines but they have Wk2 OP's. so not sure if its the OP or driver for the xerox causing the issue, or if its just a acrobat 7 settings issue? anyone seen this issue before? any ideas?

Acrobat 8.1 supports Vista (not 7) which may be part of the problem. However, you can try some of these troubleshooting tips:
