I know I have done this in the past, but for the life of me cannot remember how to add pages from my scanner to an existing PDF.

File>Create PDF>From Scanner>Custom Scan
Select the output option "Append to exisiting file or portfolio"

I currently use Acrobat 9 Pro. I want to add pages to my existing PDF Form. What are the steps to doing this? I need a quick response.

I currently use Acrobat X 10. I want to ADD pages to my existing PDF Form without having to save under a new filename I need it to overwrite existing file when saving. Yes I know I can delete the old file and rename the new one but this was never a problem before. What are the steps to doing this? I need a quick response.
