Acrobat 9.0 scanning with document feeder creates wrong paper size

I'm using Acrobate 9.0 Standard with HP M1152nf Multifunction Printer/Scanner to scan multi page documents using the ADF (automatic document feeder).

When I scan 8 1/2 x 11 (letter) documents (TWAIN driver) using ADF, I get the first page as legal size and then the rest are letter sized. Paper size set to Automatic. If I force it to letter size in the configure presets, the first page is letter size then all following pages are legal size.

If I don't use the document feeder, pages are scanned at the correct page size.

Now when I switch to the WIA driver, my letter size document is scanned as legal size using the automatic page size detection. And of course automatic is the only selection.

Just for grins I scanned a multi page document outsiode of Acrobat and all worked fine. So the culpret is Acrobat.

And yes, I have current drivers from HP.

Help!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.0, Windows

sounds like it's a issue with making the right settings in the scanner interface. suggest you call HP.
