I recently updated from Acrobat Pro 7 to Acrobat Pro X.
When creating PDF files, I use the file "epilogue.ps".
In the file "epilogue.ps" I added the following line:
(c:\\temp\\bookmarks.bmk) run
In Acrobat 7 this worked fine.
With Acrobat X the following error message appears:
Processing epilogue.ps...
%%[ Error: undefinedfilename; OffendingCommand: run ]%%
Stack:
(c:\\temp\\bookmarks.bmk)
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%
Why fails Acrobat X?
How can I solve the problem?
Thanks for any help.
The solution for Acrobat 8.1 and later versions of Distiller may be found at .You need to invoke the Distiller with the -F flag. For example (assuming Acrobat 8.1),
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\acrodist.exe" -F
