When I convert email to pdf in Outlook 2003 PDFMaker changes the font of the email to Arial 12. How can I instruct PDFMaker to preserve the original font of the mail?

Changes the Preferences for New document doesn't do it and in the conversionsettings in the pdf-menu in Outlook I see no possibility for font-instructions.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1.1, Windows

Outlook PDFMaker uses the same settings as Create PDF from web page in Acrobat. Try changing the create PDF from web page settings in Acrobat. Remeber to convert a page after you change the settings to commit them.

Hi Abhigyan,

Thanks for the advice. Changing the font size for html from 14 to 12 or 11 did the trick.

Only the e-mail header stays smaller then the body text. I can't figure out how to make both parts the same font size. Any idea?

You are right Ed, the size of the body seems to be relative to the size in Outlook. Can't think of anything that would change that.
