Every time I print MS Excel 2010 file by Acrobat Pro X, the output PDF document is in Letter size but not A4 although I have done the following settings:

- In MS Excel > Page Layout > Paper size: A4
- In the print dialogue > Printer Properties > Adobe PDF Settings > Adobe PDF Page Size: A4

What can I do? Help please.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 10.0, Windows

Does this happen if you use the PDFMaker macro in Excel instead of the Adobe PDF printer?

Is this the 64-bit version of Office 2010?

Thanks Ikassuba for quick response.

I did the followings and got different results:

- In Acrobat: click "PDF from file" and point to the Excel file > output in A4 size, yeah!!
- In MS Excel: Print > output in Letter size as before
- In MS Excel: Acrobat ribbon > Create PDF > output in Letter size as beforeHow can I get it fixed? My Excel is a 32-bit one.

Thanks a lot.

I would suggest trying a copy of Acrobat 9 or 8, X seems to be buggy.

See if this MS knowledgebase article helps address the problem, Printer uses the wrong tray when both letter size and A4 size are available in Excel.
