Hello. I am trying to create a PDF using multiple files. I watched the video available on your site and did that, but I'm still having problems. I'm not using different file types. I want to create one PDF file containing the same form (a PDF) with different information on each form. The problem is that when I make the binder from the individual PDF files, each form contains the same information in the fields. This means that instead of 25 individual forms into one binder, it's the same (first) form 25 times. Any advice on how to fix this? Also, I'd like to print these forms, and would be interested in help. The forms are double sided, and it would be a great help if there were a way to print only even or odd numbered pages if I can get them all into one file. If not, I saw the feature that allows you to batch print only the first page, is there a way to alter that to batch print only the second page (for after I print all the first pages?) Thanks in advance for your assitance in this matter.

The problem you are having is caused by the field names. When you have a form field that has a name, say, "firstname" and you duplicate that field, any value entered into one instance of the field will also appear in every other instance of that field.

So, you can either flatten the individual forms before you combine them or use Acrobat 8's form package feature to hold all of the data and the emtpy form.
