Acrobat scans all A4 documents as letter size

I have checked all setting i can find, however each time i scan on A4 document on my Canon Multifunction MP780 it always is created as 215.9x279.4 size.

Any ideas what i am missing? or need to check.

Some scanners may not report "supported sizes" to Acrobat when "Hide Scanner's Native Interface" is selected in "Scanner Options" inside Acrobat 8. When this happens switch the "User Interface" option to "Show Scanner's Native Interface" and select the page size from scanner application. For more information visit the following post:
