Acrobat9 Scan to PDF Paper Size

I need to set things up so that ever time I create a PDF using Create PDF from Scanner, it creates PDF pages that are of the size from the actual scan. What is happening instead is that the pages created within the PDF automatically crop the content from the scan to only the parts of the page that have text or images. All the white space is cropped out.

I'm not sure if this is Actobat 9 that is doing this or the configurations of my scanner/printer (HP Photosmart C7200). But I also cannot figure out how to set that so that it doesn't happen.

I want the pages of my PDF to look JUST like the pages I placed in the scanner, margins and all.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Alex

I ran into the exact same issue today and can't find any help topics to help maintain the same margins from the original to the scanned pdf. I too want my scanned image to retain the same margins as my original.

Any assist would be appreciated.

It's a scanner driver setting. Not Acrobat. Contact support for your scanner.
