Hello:

I have a thatPDF file has a number of fields for data capture. However, it's missing a straight line.

So, using the Advanced Commenting options, I drew a line. However, it does get printed.

Can anybody tell me if this is the right way to add a line and if so what I am doing wrong?

I am uisng 6.0.1 version of Acrobat Professional.

Thanks.

Something to try -
File > Print > & in the Print dialog locate the Comments and Forms: drop down.
Try printing with "Document and Markups" selected.

Quote:
Comments And Forms Specifies which visible content prints.Document Prints the document contents and form fields.

Document And Markups Prints document contents, form fields, and comments.

Document And Stamps Prints the document, form fields, and stamps,
but no other markups, such as note comments and pencil lines.

Form Fields Only Prints interactive form fields but doesn’t print document contents.
