We're wondering if there's a product that can stamp a file with some of the stamped text pointing to an active URL.

For example the stamp:

This is regular text. This sentence's text points to a URL.

We are NOT looking for a stamp like this:

This is a link http://www.ieee.org

Stamps within a PDF are comments or annotations and the information within them is 'flattened'. Acrobat has a link tool that can add a link around any object or text.

We need to do this in an automated and dynamic (i.e. the link text changes for each user). Doing it by hand won't work for this project.
