Adobe 7 to Adobe 8 Email Conversion

I have printed many of my Outlook emails in Adobe Acrobat 7. I have recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat 8. How can I convert those old 7 pdfs to look like Adobe 8? I'd like to append my new emails to my old pdfs, but it is not working very well.

Outlook emails can be converted to PDF as a PDF Package. Is this the look you're asking about? If so, you can click the Combine Files task button and add all your old PDFs together in a PDF Package. Look at some of the tips and blog posts on Acrobat Users for more on PDF Packages.
