Archiving E-mail Attachments for the Complete Beginner

I'm a complete beginner with Acrobat 8 Pro, so I apologize in advance for the rudimentary question. I want convert Outlook e-mails to .pdf, including the attachments to those e-mails, for archival purposes. Is there a simple way to convert both the e-mail itself and any attachments to .pdf all at once? Currently, when I select the e-mail and click the button to create a .pdf file, it shows that the e-mail had an attachment, but I don't know (i) whether the attachment has also been automatically converted; or (ii) if it has, how to access it.

Many thanks from an entry level user.

In the Adobe PDF menu in Outlook there is a menu called "Change Conversion Settings". Select this and click on the Setting tab if is not current selected. Under the Attachments pull-down menu make sure that "Include all attachments in the Adobe PDF" is selected. This will PDF your e-mails and include the attachments.
