What does the error message: "array length is out of range" mean when opening a pdf?

Acrobat Pro 7.0.0, Windows

Hi UofR,

I've never seen this error message but this thread at the Adobe User to User forum mentions it as an issue with PDFs created with Quark-

And this thread on the Quark forum mentions this error in Acrobat also-
