When I batch e-mail and convert to .pdf can I also convert the e-mail attachments to .pdf too. I DO NOT want to open each message individually. I have hundreds to convert. I need attachment to convert to .pdf along with message without opening each message. Can I do this????

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8, Windows

Yes!

Acrobat 8's PDFMakers for Outlook and Notes supports converting the ENTIRE message, including any/all attachments.

Where can you select to convert the non-PDF attachments to PDF? We have Lotus R6 and Acrobat Pro 8 and the only options are to create or append to a package and either include or not include attachments.

We now have the same problem as Suzanne, a gazillion packages with attachments in their native format that have to be extracted and converted to PDF. Can you write a script or create a batch sequence to extract attachments? Can you use "exportDataObject" on non-PDF attached files in a folder-level script?

Along these lines, what does "Acrobat PDFMaker 8.1 for Lotus Notes" use for the cName of the attachment? I've tried using "exportDataObject" and only got it to work when I attached a test text file, and used "Untitled Object" for cName (the filename of the attached/embedded file did not work).
