batch management - document separation

I am planning to purchase the Fujitzu ScanSnap S500 for Mac. I want to scan multiple documents using the ADF to PDF, then use a program to batch process the pdf files to find separators between individual documents and create multiple pdf documents. Finally, I want to OCR these pdf documents. What features in Acrobat 7 or 8 Pro would help me accomplish this?

Acrobat can OCR the pages for you (Document > OCR Text Recognition > Recognize Text Using OCR). To split pages to separate PDFs you need a third party plug-in or manually extract pages in Acrobat.Visit the Adobe Store (www.adobe.com/store), PluginsWorld (www.pluginsworld.com), ThePowerXChange (www.thepowerxchange.com), or Planet PDF Store (www.pdfstore.com) to search through available 3rd party plug-ins.
