I keep getting this annoying bug, I export my PDF with buttons from InDesign. I then link all the buttons to do certain things like go to page view in Acrobat Pro. Then randomly some of my buttons disappear, the blue bounding box remains with the name of the button and its properties how ever the actual graphic has gone.
It seems to happen at random when I flick through pages, close, re open documents etc.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

are you sure that it's not a display-only bug ?
My Acrobat do it sometimes, zooming in or out solve the issue.

1. Go to Tools > Print Production > Preflight
2. Click the little wrench icon at the top (Select Single Fixup)
3. Scroll to the Document section and expand it
4. You will see a fixup called Repair damaged document.
5. Click the Fix icon at the bottom to run it
Let me know if this fixes the issue.
