Calculated fields lose calculation.

I can't seem to find an answer to this anywhere.
I'm creating a PDF which allows a user to enter values into a field and it calculates some percentages based on those values.
It all works great in Pro but when I package the file and extend write features to the resulting PDF the fields no longer calculate.

Ideally I'd like to make the percentage fields uneditable as well as the total and the 100%, they were in the original version but I thought maybe making them read only is what broke the calculations. But apparently it doesn't matter what I do to the finished pdf, the fields cease to function.

Acrobat Pro 9.3.1, Windows

Hi,
I have seen this problem before and it is strange, you could try some of the following, these did work for me, If you think the calculation are still correct, create a new document and copy and paste the fields to the new doc and then save, if that fails, disable the calculations, come out of the text field properties and then re enter them again, sometimes Acrobat just needs some help!

I tried recreating the fields and the whole document. Everything I try has the same result :/
