Can Acrobat 9 Professional OCR Arabic Text?

I am looking for confirmation if Acrobat can OCR arabic text and any instructions if possible.
On Windows XP, do I need to enable Arabic language support in Windows XP's regional language settings? Do I need to install an Arabic font?

Hi Steve,
Just an observation.
If the middle east (ME) language localized version was installed then the included OCR might provide Arabic.
