Can I create 2 pdfs with different settings

Is there a way to create 2 pdfs from a single file? I need to make 1 pdf to send to a printer at 300dpi and I also need to make a pdf at 150dpi of the same files. Is there a way to create them at the same time?

OR

Is there a way to "batch convert" all of my 300dpi files into 150dpi files?

Yes, PDF Optimizer and change the settings. You can even make a profile for each of the needed settings and then just change the profile for the optimization.
