I'm working on a map and would like to include a "Help" navigation tab that would explain how to use the map. Is this possible? If so, how?

That will work. I managed to insert the button, but for some reason the label doesn't show up. Only the Tooltip does if I hover over it.

You have to provide the capiton on the Options" tab of the form field properties for the button.

No, you cannot create custom navigation tabs with Acrobat. You could create a button labeled Help with a link to your help file, or you could create a custom dialog with Help information.
