Can I disable file extraction from a pdf package?

I know that it is possible to drag every single file out of a PDF-package to your hard disk. Is it possible to disable that? I dont want my clients to exclude the files too easily.

I don't believe that you can block users from extracting files from a PDF Package, at least PDF files. If it can be opened for viewing in Reader, it can be saved out of Acrobat.
