Hi. I have embedded excel sheets in a presentation. When i convert the PPT to a PDF, i cannot access the embedded sheets. I use MS Office 2007 & Adobe Reader 8. Please Help!

I used the Add on for Office 2007 that lets you convert office documents to PDF files....

OK, you say you cannot access the Excel sheets once you convert- do you mean the sheets are viewable but not active, i.e., none of the content in the Excel sheets can be accessed? Or do you mean you cannot see the Excel sheets at all in the converted PDF?

How are you converting the PPT file to PDF if you only have the free Adobe Reader?
