A code for opening attached files from a link in the original psd file

Let us say i have a pdf file with an attachment, i can open the attached file by click on the attachment icon in the lower part od the left pane.

My question is that is it possible to open the attachmed file by click on a link on the original pdf file. For example i can put a text in the original pdf file "Click here to open attached file" and when the use click on "Click here" the attached file is opened.

This can be achieved with a script, but only if the attached file is a PDF.
