Users with Acrobat 8.0 Professional wants to retain the colors in their document when they convert to pdf, but it only appears in black and white.
The method they need to use is the print to file option, saving the file as a .ps file, and then using distiller to convert to PDF. Any ideas?

Hi adamq,

Sounds like you have a black and white printer set as default when you create the postscript file. I would recommend using the AdobePDF toolbar if possible to create PDFs from MS Word applications; otherwise printing to the Adobe PDF printer is another alternative (although bookmarks and links aren't necessarily retained).

Hope this helps,
Lori
