combine multiple html documents to a single file

I am attempting to create a single pdf document from multiple html documents and I get errors stating this can not be done. Is there a work around for this? If not, do you have any suggestions?

Try this. Convert the HTML pages into PDF files. Edit any headers or footers with the Touchup text or touchup object tool to clean up the converted files. Save the files in a folder. Use the Organizer to convert the files into a single PDF.
