Configure scanner presets in Acrobat 9

I have my custom scan set to show scanners native interface. I need to configure my scanner presets to also Show scanners native interface. This option doesn't seem to be available to me. Can someone help me?

(I use the scan button on my Fujitsu 6130 and need to configure the presets in this way so that when I use the scan button my scanner will scan front and back. Also, I am scanning using Kofax VRS)

That option is not available in Presets. Custom scan is the only way to show the scanner interface.

I have just re-installed my Epson Perfection 2450 Scanner to operate with Vista 32-bit and I have downloaded the current Twain driver from Epson.
However, Vista has an error message to the effect that it cannot find the file specified.

Do I have to install other software from Adobe?
