Control distiller version?

Does anyone know how, if I have multiple versions of Acrobat installed
on my computer, to force the computer to use a particular version of
Distiller? I need to be able to switch between Distiller 7 and 8 when
I create PDFs from existing documents, but I can't get it to use 7--if
8 is installed, it always uses 8.

And Adobe reccommonds not having mulitple versions installed.

You can set Distiller's settings to different levels of compatabiltiy as needed.
