When we convert a Word 2003 document to pdf using Adobe 9.1 or 9.2 Professional's "Convert to Adobe PDF" icon, lines of text that should appear at the top of a page are missing.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.2, Windows

I did not face this problem at my end.... what OS are you working on? Have u encountered this problem for Word 2003 only. What is the behavior of Acrobat Professional for other applications?
