I have an excel spreadsheet that I am trying to convert to a PDF. All the information fits on a standard size page, but when I convert it to PDF the bottom 1" or so of the page is not visible. How can I get this information to show up on the page?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.7, Windows

You need to change a setting in Excel.

First, highlight the complete area that you want to print in the spreadsheet. Select File|Print Area|Set Print Area. Then use the PDFMaker button or Print to PDF.

Hi,
I had a similar problem. Neither setting print area/clearing print area/or printing selection helps. My PDF is cut off and formatting is lost.

The file prints perfectly on my printer.

Try changing Page Setup --> Print Quality to 600 dpi. Also make sure the Adobe PDF printer is set as the default prior to creating the PDF.
