Each time I convert a Word 2002 file to PDF, the PDF version scales down. I think I have tried everything but can't get the PDF version to convert at 100% of the original Word document. Help?

Check the Print Preview in Word and make sure the page size appears as you expect. You may need to set up the page size and margins before creating the PDF. This is most likely an issue with Word settings and not the PDFMaker or Acrobat.
